Kitchen Remodeling in Sarasota, FL

Your kitchen doesn’t have to be gutted to feel brand new. Sometimes it’s the floors, the backsplash, and a fresh coat of paint. Sometimes it’s a bigger renovation that changes how the whole room works. Either way, Pro Pal Contracting plans the project around what you want to change, then manages every piece of it so the finished kitchen looks like one complete design.

We’re an owner-led, family-owned remodeling company in Sarasota. Tamas Pal, our owner, is personally involved in our residential projects, so you’re working with the person responsible for the result, not passed between crews.

A Refresh or a Full Renovation? Both Work.

A kitchen remodel isn’t a fixed package. Some homeowners love their layout and just want the room to look current: new flooring, new tile, updated fixtures, and clean new walls and paint. Others want more, with several surfaces and fixtures changing at the same time.

We start by talking through what bothers you about the kitchen today and what you want it to feel like when we’re done. From there, we decide together what stays, what goes, and what gets upgraded. You pay for the work you actually want, not a one-size-fits-all replacement.

What Goes Into a Pro Pal Kitchen Remodel

What Goes Into a Pro Pal Kitchen Remodel

A finished kitchen comes together in layers, and we coordinate each one so nothing is rushed or mismatched. Floors come first, built to handle spills, moisture, and heavy daily traffic. We install and prepare the floor properly before anything new goes down. Tile brings the backsplash and finished surfaces together. New sinks and faucets are installed to fit the rest of the design. Drywall and paint close it all out, so walls and ceilings look clean and finished around your new materials.

Because we handle these pieces as one project, your flooring, tile, fixtures, and paint are chosen and timed to work together. Want the full picture on floor options? See our flooring installation page.

How Your Kitchen Project Runs

How Your Kitchen Project Runs

Losing your kitchen for a while is a real disruption, so we keep the process clear from day one.

  • You get the scope in writing: Before work starts, you’ll know exactly what’s included, what materials are being used, and what the schedule looks like, including when your kitchen will be out of use.
  • We protect the rest of your home: Most of our customers live in the house during their remodel. We cover floors and nearby areas, control dust, and keep the work zone contained.
  • You stay updated: You’ll hear from us regularly as the project moves forward. If something needs to change, we document it in a written change order before we move ahead, so there are no surprises on your final bill.
  • We clean as we go: The job site is kept organized, and we don’t leave a mess behind at the end of the day.
  • We walk the finished kitchen with you: Before we call it done, we review the work together and check every detail against the scope.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you remodel my kitchen without changing the layout?

Yes. Many of our kitchen projects keep the existing layout and focus on new flooring, tile, fixtures, and finishes. That gives you a completely updated kitchen without a full rebuild.

What flooring works best in a kitchen?

It depends on your style, budget, and how hard your kitchen works. LVT handles moisture and spills well, tile is extremely durable, and hardwood adds warmth. We’ll help you weigh the options during planning.

How long will I be without a kitchen?

That depends on the scope. Your written scope includes a schedule, so you’ll know ahead of time when the kitchen will be out of use and for how long.

What happens if we need to change something mid-project?

We write it up as a change order and get your approval before any new work starts. You’ll always know what’s changing and why.
