Before any work starts, you get a written scope covering what's included, the materials, and the timeline. You'll know what's happening and when.

We protect your floors and furniture, contain dust, and keep the job site clean and organized. You'll get regular updates as we go. If anything changes, it's documented in a written change order and approved by you before we move forward.

4. Final walkthrough and warranty support
We walk through the finished work with you and check every detail against the scope. After that, our one-year labor and craftsmanship warranty has you covered. If something isn't right with our work, call us and we'll come back.
